Job Description

What you’ll be focused on

  • Own and manage project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts and keeping delivery on track
  • Guide customer project managers and teams using ELMO’s implementation methodology
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular updates on status, milestones, risks, and issues
  • Identify and manage project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with minimal disruption
  • Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation from kickoff to closure
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

More about you

  • Strong relationship-builder with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge and experience with project management methodologies
  • Experience working with users, business, and technology teams to drive project outcomes
  • Good understanding of software development processes
  • PM qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) with proven delivery experience preferred
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and navigating uncertainty
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in a SaaS environment
  • Or, experienced HRIS/Payroll or SaaS implementation consultant looking to move into Project Management
