Job Description

What You'll Be Focused On...

  • Develop and manage project timelines, making certain that all scheduling conflicts are resolved or mitigated
  • Guide customer project manager and team and utilise ELMO methodology and standard process approach to deliver a successful implementation
  • Communication: Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues. Prepare and deliver presentations as needed
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure project success

  • Change Management: Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and project closure documents
  • Client Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client needs and expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet those requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

More About You...

  • You have a natural ability to build strong rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You love to problem solve and have an eye for details others might miss
  • You are well organized and know how to switch things up when priorities change, and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy working with others and thrive on collaboration, but can work equally well autonomously
  • You have demonstrable knowledge and experience of Project Management methodologies
  • Experience liaising with users, businesses and technology teams to drive project success
  • A fundamental understanding of software development processes
  • PM Qualifications (Prince2, PMP etc.) combined with proven delivery is preferable
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity i.e. adaptable, flexible and comfortable with uncertainty
  • Have a proven track record as a Project Manager in a SSAS environment
  • Alternatively HRIS/Payroll or SSAS solutions / comparable software Implementation consultants looking for a career change.
