Job Description

About the opportunity...

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll drive business process improvements and support transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on AI and automation. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, functional outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with strong business acumen and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead detailed business analysis for AI initiatives, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements.
  • Connect business and technical teams to ensure AI projects meet business needs and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage AI project delivery using agile methods, track progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and discovery sessions to gather insights and co-design solutions
  • Document current and future-state processes, workflows, and user journeys
  • Partner with product, engineering, and services teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement with a sharp focus on user experience and business value

Desired Skills and Experience

What we would like to see you bring to the team:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, or enterprise software environments
  • Utilise 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on integrating AI/ML solutions into cloud environments and in house developed products.
  • Strong background in business process modelling, process improvement, and functional documentation
  • Exposure to AI, automation, and workflow transformation projects is highly desirable
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a structured and commercially aware approach to solving business problems
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills — able to translate complex concepts into simple language for diverse audiences
  • Experience working in Agile environments, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar
  • Liaise with assigned Project/Program Owners and Subject Matter Experts for elicitation, analysis, prioritisation and approval of new business requests within associated projects.
  • Liaise with IT solution providers (internal & external) on project progress and problem resolution.
