We are seeking a permanent, Sydney or Melbourne -based Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Payroll & Workforce Management) to report directly to our Head of Brand & Product Marketing. In this strategic role, you will cross-functionally orchestrate go-to-market readiness and demand programs for ELMO's partner payroll and our owned workforce management product portfolio.

This is a greenfield opportunity requiring a positioning and marketing expert who can wear multiple hats during the critical initial launch phase of our new workforce management brand and product in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Management Positioning and  Launch Readiness: Lead the market launch of ELMO's new Workforce Management product in Australia. Own the narrative, develop positioning and messaging frameworks, and translate technical functionality into value propositions tailored by segment (aged care, hospitality, retail, manufacturing).
  • GTM Strategy & Product Adoption: Execute end-to-end GTM strategies partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and the broader marketing team. Build adoption, expansion, upsell, and cross-sell playbooks while tracking performance against revenue impact.
  • Cross-functional Leadership & Enablement: Partner closely with Sales Enablement, Core Product Marketing, and broader Marketing teams to align messaging frameworks, run demand campaigns, and influence the product roadmap.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within high-growth B2B SaaS, ideally with multi-product portfolios or partner ecosystems.
  • Minimum of  3 years navigating a Senior Marketing role, preferably working within a fast-paced, agile organisation previously. 
  • You thrive in the unknown: This role requires a certain comfortability operating in a sometimes  ambiguous environment. 
  • Proven GTM Success: Demonstrated track record launching new products or brands to market, establishing messaging architecture from scratch, and driving expansion revenue.
  • Research Expertise: Hands-on experience with VoC programs, buyer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Industry Domain Knowledge: Prior experience with workforce management, HR tech, payroll, or time and attendance solutions is highly regarded.
  • Core Attributes: A strategic storyteller with high EQ and IQ, capable of operating autonomously through ambiguity and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
