Job Description
The Senior Product Manager (Platform & Analytics) will oversee the full lifecycle of two of ELMO’s most strategically important product areas: Platform and Analytics. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership, shaping product direction to deliver cutting-edge, secure and AI-powered solutions.
In Analytics, you will lead ELMO’s AI-powered replatforming initiative, enhancing natural language processing and data visualisation, while building the data architecture and tooling to scale analytics as a core growth driver.
In Platform, you will advance architectural strategy and modernisation, including component modularisation, user management and permissioning, and key capability development such as reporting overhaul, AI/NLP integration and shared component enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as strategic owner, accountable for the 18-month product strategy aligned with ELMO’s 3-year vision
Define and run product strategy, roadmaps, and OKR planning cycles with significant autonomy in decision-making
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
Lead product launches and GTM activities, building confidence and buy-in for the product vision
Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Actively work with cross-functional teams to ensure the correct business problems are being solved.
Evangelise the ELMO product suite to build confidence and buy-in for the product vision.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform prioritisation and solution design.
Clearly articulate product requirements to engineering teams and maintain the product roadmap.
Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management roles, with a track record of successfully bringing software products to market.
Leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
Strong commercial acumen including numeracy.
Demonstrated work experience of agile methodologies.
Ability to identify roadblocks and conflicts and work towards a resolution to keep the project on track.
Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.
Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills.
