Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Talent, Capability & Workplace Experience, the Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the recruitment subject matter expert ensuring optimal resourcing and best-practice recruitment across assigned domains in line with ELMO's Talent Acquisition Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role approval to offer via a proactive, search-based model. Build talent pipelines, consult with hiring managers, create job descriptions aligned with competency frameworks, coach interviewers, and drive selection tools and assessment feedback.

AI Integration & Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI tools (such as Gemini & Glean) into sourcing, engagement, and administration to improve speed, impact, and workflow efficiency.

Onboarding & Compliance: Manage pre-employment background checks, visa/sponsorship eligibility via legal counsel, offer letter composition, and cross-team coordination to deliver a seamless new hire experience.

Employer Branding & Diversity: Develop role-specific value propositions aligned with ELMO's EVP. Champion unconscious bias awareness, promote D&I hiring initiatives, and manage talent communities across social platforms like LinkedIn.

Systems & Governance: Maintain ATS hygiene, generate ad-hoc reporting, troubleshoot platforms, and ensure strict adherence to anti-discrimination laws and information security policies.
