Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution: Proactively source, qualify, and secure new business logos across WA and SA through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and executing targeted sales campaigns.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospective clients' complex HR workflow challenges, demonstrating how ELMO’s modular ecosystem drives operational efficiency and executive-level insights.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Present, negotiate, and close complex software agreements with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and Chief Financial Officers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Pre-Sales, Account Management, Implementation, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and long-term client success.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, evolving HR technology, and regional compliance standards to maintain a distinct competitive advantage in the field.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this high-growth territory role, you will bring a proven track record of exceeding B2B software sales targets alongside a true passion for client problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Proven SaaS Sales Record: Demonstrated success in a regional Business Development, Account Executive, or Territory Sales role within the B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry (HRIS, Payroll, or ERP sales experience highly regarded).

  • Self-Driven Autonomy: Highly disciplined, motivated, and resilient, with a proven capability to manage pipelines and meet KPIs autonomously in a remote workplace environment.
