Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Lead the administration, configuration and customisation of Salesforce to support business requirements across multiple departments.
  • Build and enhance complex automations using Flow, Apex, Process Builder and Visualforce to improve efficiency and business processes.
  • Manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, approval processes and security configurations to keep the platform aligned with business needs.
  • Drive ongoing platform optimisation, usability and scalability as the organisation grows.
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems to improve data flow and process automation across platforms.
  • Support complex reporting and dashboards, while helping maintain data integrity through audits and clean-up activities.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices, troubleshooting and advanced Salesforce configuration.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions that support business goals.
  • Help strengthen governance, security, compliance, user access and change management across the Salesforce environment.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including managing large and complex Salesforce environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce automation tools and familiarity with the broader Salesforce product suite, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce projects and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data sharing models, profiles, permission sets and data access controls.
  • Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce Flow to build custom automations, integrations and enhancements.
  • Strong reporting, dashboard and analytics capability, plus experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service.
