  • Project & Documentation Management: Collate, organize, and archive project documentation, customer requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring all information is prepared and available for go-live readiness. Utilize tools like JIRA and Smartsheet.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead and coordinate operational campaigns designed to address implementation backlogs, manage scheduling logistics, and communicate progress to all stakeholders.
  • Implementation Support: Perform essential, day-to-day operational activities, including data preparation, testing coordination, managing readiness reviews, and supporting payroll compliance verification.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Maintain operational dashboards and generate regular reports on automation activity, campaign effectiveness, TTV metrics, and overall operational performance to support continuous process improvement.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise effectively between Implementation Consultants, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and customers to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment and execution.
