Job Description

We’re Hiring: Integration Specialist - HR 🚀

🛠️ What you’ll do:

The core role of the Integration Specialist - HR includes but not limited to:

  • Gaining an in-depth knowledge of all ELMO systems and technical modules that are offered by ELMO Software, focusing on the full integration suite.
  • Implementation of HR modules, API and CSV flat file integrations on the ELMO Software customer TMS. Following the service inclusions of the Implementation Service Offering.
  • Establish and maintain long term relationships with strategic key customers through regular communication and feedback.
  • Provide cost and time estimates to customers who require additional technical solution customizations.
  • Configuring the ELMO TMS and integrations based on individual customer needs and specifications.
  • Ensuring a project plan for each customer, outlining tasks, timelines and recommendations for successful implementation of our solution.
  • Assist others with troubleshooting integration related customer queries, engaging internal teams and resources and escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensuring the quality production and output of ELMO’s solutions in adherence to all published ELMO Software quality control standards and procedures.
  • Maintaining all records associated with the design, development and implementation of HR software solutions for internal and external use.
  • Facilitate an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the creation and continuous improvement of internal documentation for consistency of process and knowledge understanding both for internal and external use.
  • Communicate and demonstrate new features and enhancements, where needed, to help customers get the best value from and utilisation of the system in alignment with their policy and business requirements.
  • Manage customer reconfiguration work in line with defined project plans and task structures
  • Provide feedback to the Product and Development team for enhancements and features to improve the product across a broad customer base.

Desired Skills and Experience

What we would like you to bring to the team...

  • Undergraduate qualification (HR, Business, Business Systems, IT disciplines preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to suit a wide range of people and contexts
  • Performance and solutions oriented
  • 3+ years experience implementing HR technology solutions for customers
  • 2+ years experience implementing technical solutions for customers
  • Proven skills regarding interdepartmental collaboration
  • Experience supporting upskilling of team members
  • Interest in further developing mentoring and coaching qualities
