Job Description

About the opportunity...

As a Senior Product Owner, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing the user experience across ELMO's product suite for our desktop and newly forming mobile platform. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Deeply understanding and championing ELMO's company vision, strategy, and Go-to-Market approach, leveraging comprehensive product domain knowledge to inform strategic planning and prioritization for desktop and mobile UI.
  • Leading end-to-end product discovery, translating user needs and business goals into clear, actionable requirements and a well-defined product backlog.
  • Driving Agile delivery, prioritizing features, managing the backlog, and facilitating ceremonies to ensure efficient and incremental value delivery.
  • Fostering strong collaboration with dedicated frontend and mobile engineering teams, designers, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Ensuring product quality and seamless integration across platforms, from acceptance criteria definition to user acceptance testing.

Desired Skills and Experience

What we would like to see you bring to the team...

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent within a SaaS technology platform.
  • Deep understanding of Agile product management and delivery methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with user-centred design principles.
  • Confidence to proactively identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, with mobile development or in HR is highly desired.
