Job Description

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and results-driven Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our innovative team on a 3-month contract, with the very real possibility of extension for the right person. 

Reporting to our Seniors Careers & Culture Manager you'll be instrumental in fueling ELMO’s growth, primarily focusing on attracting top-tier talent for our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions. This will include, but not be limited to, roles within Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Beyond GTM, you'll also support other critical hires as required, gaining exposure to diverse roles across our business. You'll ensure the right hiring decisions are reached while championing best-practice representation of the ELMO Employer Brand.

What we would like to see you bring to the team..

  • End-to-end recruitment: From crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating offers, you'll manage the entire candidate journey.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilising innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging our internal ATS and systems and exploring new avenues to identify passive and active talent.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience, reflecting our brand and values.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with hiring managers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying abreast of market trends and competitive landscapes to inform our talent strategy.
  • Driving Efficiency: Contributing to and optimising our recruitment processes, leveraging our AI-driven tools for maximum impact.

Desired Skills and Experience

What we would like to see you bring to the team..

  • Proven experience as an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist or Consultant, ideally within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable success in recruiting for Go-to-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a positive and high-performing culture.
