Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of the content, tools, and training that power our go-to-market success. In this high-impact role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations—equipping our teams with the insights, assets, and systems they need to win.

From building strategic sales content and maintaining a robust enablement tech stack to synthesizing market insights and supporting product launches, you’ll play a critical role in elevating the effectiveness of our sales organization. You'll drive initiatives that improve rep readiness, streamline onboarding, and ensure content is not just accessible—but actionable.

Your Day - to Day:

  • Craft Winning Sales Narratives: Develop and maintain high-impact sales decks (e.g., "Q2 Discovery Deck" with ICP focus and speaker notes).
  • Arm Our Sales Team: Create and manage strategic battlecards in Highspot, providing competitive insights and objection handling.
  • Build the Ultimate Sales Resource Hub: Structure and maintain our sales playbook library for easy access to critical information.
  • Power Product Launches: Develop concise and effective one-pagers and cheat sheets for new feature adoption.
  • Champion Content Excellence: Implement governance (tagging, versioning, expiration) to ensure content quality and relevance.
  • Optimize Content Findability: Enhance the user experience within our enablement tools (e.g., Highspot homepage redesign).
  • Align Sales & Marketing: Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Elevate Onboarding: Develop engaging LMS modules and role-specific onboarding kits for new sales hires.
  • Drive Continuous Learning: Maintain training assets and knowledge bases for ongoing sales development.
  • Master Sales Tech: Administer and drive adoption of key sales enablement tools like Highspot and Gong.
  • Measure Content Impact: Build dashboards to track content performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Unlock Customer Insights: Analyze call data and win/loss reports to inform content strategy.
  • Translate Insights into Action: Create practical enablement assets based on customer pain points and market trends.
  • Support Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and distribute sales tools for new campaigns and product launches.

Desired Skills and Experience

What we would like to see you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; business-related field preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales Management, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training.
  • Proven track record of driving sales effectiveness and measurable impact.
  • Strong background in B2B sales or managing B2B sales teams.
  • Expertise in sales automation tools with a focus on adoption and usage.
  • Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying sales programs.
