Job Description

Imagine being the strategic force that empowers our sales teams to achieve even greater success here at ELMO. As our Sales Enablement Program Manager, you'll be instrumental in designing, delivering, and optimising programs that directly contribute to their growth and success. If you're passionate about equipping sales professionals with the winning strategies, essential knowledge, and practical tools they need to reach their objectives, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

Your Day - to Day:

  • Designing and deploying enablement programs tailored to specific roles and experience levels, such as comprehensive onboarding plans for Business Development Managers and Account Managers
  • Developing and executing quarterly enablement plans with clearly defined milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
  • Delivering engaging training experiences through live sessions, online modules, and blended formats, focusing on core skills and alignment with our ELMO Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Creating sales playbooks, practical tools, and frameworks to support new product launches, methodology adoption, and understanding our competitive landscape.
  • Driving onboarding excellence by managing schedules, learning management system content, and role-specific development paths.
  • Collaborating with frontline managers to reinforce learning through coaching resources, feedback mechanisms, and regular enablement updates.
  • Measuring program effectiveness using KPI's and insights into sales and AM team performance, continuously optimising for greater impact.
  • Managing communications and external vendors, ensuring consistent updates, seamless delivery, and alignment with overall enablement objectives.

Desired Skills and Experience

What we would like to see you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales effectiveness and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Fluency in sales automation technology is required; experience in driving adoption of sales enablement tools and platforms preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the design, development, and deployment of sales programs.
  • Past experience in selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales teams.
  • Strong organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
  • 12-15 years of experience in Sales Management, Sales Effectiveness, Marketing, and Sales Training.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to deliver results.
