Job Description

About the opportunity..

Reporting to the Regional Implementation Manager, the Senior Implementation Consultant will play a key role in the deployment and ongoing development of ELMO's comprehensive Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance solutions, as well as the TMS platform. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration and contributing to the continuous enhancement of these critical systems, delivering value and excellence to our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of ELMO's Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance, and TMS solutions.
  • Manage complex, strategic projects and collaborate with the implementation leadership team.
  • Assist in coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
  • Lead documentation and maintenance for internal and external use.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving queries.
  • Design and develop ELMO Talent Management solutions based on client needs and standards.
  • Complete Scoping & Reconfiguration projects and ensure quality adherence.
  • Maintain records for solution design, development, and implementation.
  • Build long-term relationships with key client contacts.
  • Foster an environment of open communication and teamwork.
  • Represent ELMO professionally in all client interactions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain records of technical queries.
  • Log hours in Accelo and maintain weekly project plans.
  • Escalate technical issues and assist with resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security and privacy policies.

  • Undergraduate qualification (Finance/Payroll, HR, Business Systems, IT disciplines preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to suit a wide range of people and contexts.
  • A strong systems mindset, capable of working closely with databases.
  • Customer service ethic and focus; client driven.
  • Dedicated team player, with an ability to work autonomously.
  • Performance and solutions oriented.
