Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sydney team. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional ready to drive significant revenue growth and strategic client partnerships. You will be the architect of long-term client success, focusing on maximising renewals, identifying high-value upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and providing strategic insights to some of our key clients.

Key Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Executive Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives, positioning ELMO as a strategic partner.
  • Strategic SaaS Renewals: Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring renewals align with both client and ELMO's strategic objectives.
  • Strategic Account Expansion: Identify and capitalise on high-value growth opportunities, driving significant revenue increases in your allocated portfolio.
  • Data-Driven Strategic Insights: Analyse complex client data to provide actionable, strategic recommendations that drive business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver seamless, integrated strategic solutions.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven Account Management Experience: Extensive experience in a SaaS environment, ideally HR SaaS, with a focus on strategic account growth and executive-level relationship management.
  • Exceptional Strategic Communication: Ability to articulate complex strategic concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Commercial and Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in identifying and capitalizing on high-value growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Analytical Expertise: Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise CRM and Strategic Analytics Tools: Deep understanding of HR practices and strategic HR technology solutions, with a big focus on salesforce forecasting, pipeline and hygiene.
  • Goal Orientated Over Achiever: Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving strategic growth.
