Job Description

About the opportunity..

The core responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst includes but is not limited to:

Assist in Preparing the MBR Pack:

  • Contribute to the preparation of the Monthly Business Review (MBR) pack, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and highlight key financial and operational metrics.

Financial Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Ensure financial models provide clear insights into business performance and future projections.

Leverage BI Tools:

  • Utilize BI tools such as AlteryxPower BI, and SQL to develop and enhance reporting and analytics. Ensure the creation of automated dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real-time insights.

Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess financial and operational risks and opportunities.

Desired Skills and Experience

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance, preferably in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with financial software and data visualization tools (Netsuite, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL preferred).
