Job Description

About the opportunity…

 

Reporting to the Regional Implementation Manager the Implementation Consultant is responsible for the effective delivery of ELMO’s comprehensive Talent Management system to our clients, specialising in the HR product suite.

 

The Implementation Consultant will ensure the successful onboarding and deployment of our Software Solutions, as well as managing and documenting and troubleshooting the configuration of ELMO systems, where required. The Implementation Consultant possesses strong technical and communication skills whilst engaging with clients and technical teams to ensure that the implementation is completed on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction.

The core role of the Implementation Consultant includes but is not limited to:

  • In-depth knowledge of all ELMO HR systems and solutions.
  • Configuration of ELMO solutions in accordance with client specifications, timelines, standards and procedures to ensure successful deployment of ELMO’s HR Software solutions.
  • Engage in research activity associated with the design and development of our solutions, including the identification of potential enhancements to functionality and capability and providing this feedback to product development teams to continuously improve our HR Software solutions.
  • Lead training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support during and after implementation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your clients throughout the HR implementation process, logging and maintaining records of all system related troubleshooting (technical queries, user errors).
  • Configure and customise the product as per client’s requirements.

  • Escalating technical issues where appropriate (system bugs, application enhancements, customer feedback) and assisting in their prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of all client projects.
  • ELMO HR & Payroll solutions in adherence to all published ELMO Learning quality control standards and procedures.
  • Configuration of ELMO solutions in accordance with client specifications, and in line with ELMO timelines, standards and procedures.
  • Manage client projects, including the development, configuration, client liaising and stakeholder management, in a way that meets client deadlines.
  • Engage in research activity associated with the design and development of online learning solutions, including the identification of potential enhancements to functionality and capability.
  • Ensuring the quality production and output of ELMO HR & Payroll solutions in adherence to all published ELMO Learning quality control standards and procedures.
  • Maintaining all records associated with the design, development and implementation of the ELMO solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long term relationships with clients contacts.
  • Documenting, and maintaining the currency of the documentation of the capabilities of the ELMO solution, both for internal and external use.
  • Systems-related troubleshooting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Logging and maintaining records of all system-relating troubleshooting (technical queries, user errors).
  • Escalating technical issues where appropriate (system bugs, application enhancements), and assisting in their prompt resolution.
  • Participating in and delivering outcomes for other projects as may from time to time be assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures.

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements:

  • Strong background within a similar role (e.g. consulting experience within a talent management environment).
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • Strong understanding of HR and Talent Management processes.
  • Exceptional multi-tasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Undergraduate qualification is preferred.
