Job Description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our engineering team? Do you have a passion for solving complex technical problems and driving innovation? We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and testing strategies for new and existing features
  • Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing to verify product quality, functionality, and performance
  • Lead quality initiatives that enhance team processes, tools, and approaches, ensuring that testing practices align with best industry standards
  • Actively participate in the identification, tracking, and prioritisation of defects, including triaging tickets as part of the ELMO triage process
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are clearly understood and are met during the development lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on testing progress and key quality metrics to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with proven expertise in QA methodologies and best practices for SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in identifying, managing, and prioritizing defects, including triaging tickets as part of a structured process
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, including tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks (preferred, not required)
