Job Description

 

About the opportunity..

As our Account Manager you will be an addition to our high performing and collaborative Account Management team. 

In this role, you will represent the entire range of ELMO Products, offering strategic solutions to your assigned clients, whilst leading your clients account planning cycle and ensuring their needs can be met, with the support from Account Executives. 

 You will contribute to generating value for both the business and our customers through effective management and retention of your portfolio with a nurturing, strategic and results orientated approach.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and recommend solutions to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and SaaS solutions to effectively advise clients
  • Provide training and support to clients to maximize their utilization of our platform
  • Track and report on key account metrics, including usage statistics, customer satisfaction scores, and renewal forecasts

Desired Skills and Experience

 

What we would like to see you bring to the team..

  • At least 3 years experience in B2B Business Development and/or Account Management
  • A passion for nurturing customer relationships using Emotional Intelligence to understand the goals, drivers and needs of your customer.
  • Complex problem solving capability - solutions led approach
  • Ability to listen, communicate effectively with varied audiences and be a conduit of accurate information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
